Hon-kan

• If they are the materials that accompany books, a sticker saying "付属ＣＤあり" is attached to the book itself, so you can request it at the service desk when you check out the book. 
• Also, for CD-ROMs and DVDs that, when searched in the OPAC, show the location as "Central：1F Counter" please request them at the service desk as well. 
• The ways of their use may vary depending on the material, such as whether it can be borrowed or only used inside the library. You can check the "In Library Use Only" status in the OPAC or contact the service desk for inquiries.        

Hino-kan

• Supplementary materials accompanying books may be borrowed for the same period as the book itself. Ask at the service desk when borrowing the book.
• The lending period for audiovisual materials such as CD-ROMs and DVDs is one week. To borrow these items, bring an empty case to the service desk.
  (※Residents of Tokyo cannot borrow audiovisual materials. Please view them within the library.)
• Non-circulating materials may be viewed within the library.

Arakawa-kan

• 図書の付属資料を除き、貸出はできません。館内のパソコンまたはAV機器をご利用ください。
• ※本学教員に限り貸出利用可 。

Hon-kan

• Graduation theses are not held. 
• Doctoral and master's theses are held. You can refer to the relevant page of academic theses to get to know how to access them. 

Hino-kan

We hold the following degree theses from Guraduate School and Faculty of Systems Design (Including Tokyo Metropolitan Institute of Technology). These may be viewed and, in some cases, copied.

• Doctoral theses (from AY1994 to AY2022)
• Master's theses (from AY2011 to September 2022)
• Parts of the graduation thesis abstracts (from AY2015 to AY 2020)

We also hold parts of master's theses prior to AY2010 and parts of graduation thesis abstracts prior to AY2014. These may be used with the author's permission. For detailed information on holdings, please inquire at the Systems Design Library service desk or via reference.

Members of TMU can view master's theses from AY2022 in electronic format. For details, please see the Master's Theses of the Graduate School of Systems Design (Electronic File) Viewing Request (This page is accessible only from within the TMU campus).

Arakawa-kan

• 卒業研究論文集と学位論文は別室に保管しています。「閲覧申請書」に記入の上、カウンターへ請求してください（卒業研究論文集は学内者のみ利用可）。なお、学位論文ページで博士論文及び修士論文の一覧を公開しています。

• We hope you understand that we cannot take requests to keep them for you in advance or inform you when they will be released for recycling.

Hino-kan

Some journals are given to library users after their retention period has ended. Reused journals may be taken freely. The timing for providing reused journals is not fixed, so check directly at the Systems Design Library's reuse materials corner.
