In consequence of looking at common points and features in the 5 clients episode descriptions, each client had an awareness of age-related cognitive decline in their subconscious mind, but the ways of coping with current situation by the 5 clients were various. “It is possible to stay the day-care center due to recognizing occupations as necessary.” “In addition to recognize HOME, it is possible to distinguish AWAY.” “It is possible to put actuality into some materials with reality.” “There is actuality which is hardly expressed in word.” “It is possible to put clients in context and lead them to new possibilities.” The clients felt insecure or embarrassed because reality was unlinked with actuality or reality was lost. Therefore, it is necessary to re-link reality with actuality.
